What it does.
Pay from a phone
The shopper taps the pay button, the Kaspi app opens, they confirm the payment and the order is marked as paid.
Invoice to a phone number
If the order was placed on a computer, an invoice arrives in the Kaspi app on the phone number from the order.
Status for the shopper
On the thank-you page the shopper immediately sees whether the payment went through.
Status in the admin
A Kaspi block in the Shopify order shows whether it is paid and for how much. No manual reconciliation.
Full refund
Refunds are made from the order in the admin: the money goes back to the shopper via Kaspi and the items return to stock.
Partial refund
You can refund individual items from an order instead of the whole order.

You apply for acquiring at Kaspi Bank on behalf of your business. We tell you what to prepare.
Key and certificate
Once approved, Kaspi issues a key and certificate. The bank looks at turnover: new businesses without turnover are usually not approved.

We add Kaspi Pay to your store and check it with a test order. Free of charge.

- Approval is Kaspi Bank’s decision based on your turnover: new businesses without turnover are usually not approved. So we cannot guarantee it.
- Setup is free. The monthly fee starts once Kaspi payments are working in your store.
- The integration runs on our server: we monitor it, update it and respond if anything goes wrong.

What if Kaspi does not approve the application?
Then you pay us nothing: setup is free, and the monthly fee only starts once Kaspi Pay is working in your store.
Will other payment methods stay?
Yes. Kaspi Pay is added to checkout next to your other payment methods; the shopper chooses.
