Two ways to work.
Referral
You pass the contact on and step aside. We take it from there: we scope it, agree the terms, build it and support it. The client signs with us, you spend no time on email and revisions, and your share arrives once the client has paid. This suits you if Shopify simply does not interest you.

White label
The client only ever sees you. We work as your contractor: we write the code, hand it to you, you hand it to the client. Your contract is with the client, ours is with you, and we never contact them directly. You get a contractor price and set your own margin on top.

How it goes.
You write
Two paragraphs: who the client is, what they need, and which way of working suits you.
We scope it
Scope, stages, timeline and price. Free, and with nothing owed by you.
We build
You stay informed at every stage, even when we are the ones talking to the client.
We pay
Within ten working days of the client paying for a stage. On a long project we pay per stage rather than at the end.
The terms are the same for everyone and are fixed in a one-page agreement.
What we will not do.
We do not take your client
If the client came through you, everything they ask for later goes through you as well. That is written into the contract, not promised in conversation.
We stay out of your other work
We only ever see what you handed over. The rest of your clients are none of our business.
We do not go around you on price
On a white-label job we never quote the client a figure. You set their price.
We hand over the code
After launch the repository and the access go to the client or to you. Tying you to us technically serves no purpose.

Our kind of work
A Shopify store from scratch, a move from another platform, theme and Liquid work, Kaspi reviews, catalogue and orders, delivery with rates calculated at checkout, a custom app for the client, and picking apart and fixing a store somebody else built.
Not our kind of work
Stores that are not on Shopify, running advertising, copy, photography and product shots, logos and brand identity, and maintaining code we have never reviewed. If a job is not ours, we say so at once instead of dragging it out.
