1. Who handles your information
Nala Commerce is a Shopify studio working with projects worldwide. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, email [email protected]. For product support, use [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We process only the information reasonably needed for communication, website operation and security.
- Project requests: your name, Telegram / WhatsApp / email, store URL if provided, selected task type and the message you submit.
- Communications: information you voluntarily send to us by email or another agreed communication channel.
- Technical information: standard request and connection information that may be processed by Cloudflare hosting and security infrastructure when the website is loaded.
- Performance analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss and deliver projects, support existing solutions, protect the website, diagnose technical issues and improve website performance.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use project-request data for third-party advertising campaigns without separate consent.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the law that applies to you, processing may be based on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, or legal obligations.
5. Service providers
We use technical service providers to operate the website and communicate with you. Current providers include Cloudflare for hosting, network security, analytics and contact-form delivery, and Google/Gmail for receiving and handling business email.
If your project involves Shopify or another external service, information may also be processed by that platform under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. International processing
Nala Commerce works with projects in different countries and our technical providers operate international infrastructure. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence subject to applicable cross-border data rules and the relevant provider's safeguards.
7. Retention
Project requests and communications are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a project or business relationship, meet accounting or legal obligations, and resolve potential disputes. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it.
8. Cookies
Nala Commerce does not use advertising cookies to profile visitors. Cloudflare Web Analytics itself is cookie-free. Cloudflare infrastructure may still use strictly necessary cookies for network security and abuse prevention if relevant protection features are enabled.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to certain processing, or a copy of your information.

10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security of data in transit or storage.
11. Children's data
The Nala Commerce website is intended for business use and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Product-specific policies
Some Nala Commerce apps may have separate privacy policies describing product-specific processing. For example, Nala Try-On has a dedicated Privacy Policy covering Shopify data and camera-based features.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, our services or legal requirements change. The latest revision date is shown at the top of this page.
