Shopify and Kaspi: connecting the two.
Kaspi brings the shoppers, Shopify gives you a storefront without the fee. Using both makes sense — but only if orders and reviews do not live in two separate places.
The usual problem.
Stores run Kaspi and their own site in parallel: Kaspi orders are handled in one account, site orders in another, and everything is reconciled by hand. That works until the first discrepancy — and there is always a discrepancy.
The second common case: hundreds of reviews and a strong rating on Kaspi, and an empty product page on the store own site. Shoppers notice and go back to Kaspi, where you pay the fee.
Both are solved with apps. Kaspi orders arrive in Shopify on their own and keep their status until delivery, while reviews travel the other way — onto your storefront.
